N. American maintains our significant experience with all roof systems, from modified bitumen to single ply, with continuing education through industry courses, seminars, and product demonstrations. To be on top of the most current innovations in the roofing industry means that we can always provide sound advice to our clients.

To meet our customers’ roofing needs we utilize Roof Asset Manager, our own proprietary software program. This database program allows us to view at a glance the current state of a customer’s roofing inventory, track roofing work history, provide recommendations and budgets for future work, and produce varied types of high quality reports. Roof Asset Manager Online provides our clients with secure web access to their database so they are always only a few clicks away from the information they need.

For many years we have been members of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (formerly RCI, now IIBEC) – the preeminent association for roof consultants in North America – which is dedicated to advancing education in the roofing industry. Within IIBEC, N. American has taken an active role in the development and instruction of their education courses, such as Roof System Management. Our founder, Denis Sykora, has served in the Ontario Chapter as Director, Vice-President, President, and Past-President. Denis has also served as a member of the International Board of Directors as Director of Canada.

N. American believes in and enforces the highest possible health and safety standards for our clients, including but not limited to: construction regulations, WHMIS, and the Ontario Health + Safety Act. We maintain WSIB coverage, and both Professional Liability (Errors + Omissions) and General Liability insurances.

Our office is located in London, but we also maintain agreements with trained professionals (inspectors, engineers, and architects) across Canada to assist us in meeting our clients’ roofing needs.
