We've specialized in the long-term management of industrial, commercial and
institutional roofing assets since 1990.
Our clients ranging from school boards, hospitals and government to general
property management groups - including a wide range of retail and industrial
complexes, have found our unparalleled level of technical expertise, service and
attention to detail to be an essential ingredient in the management of their
roofing assets, whether those assets are large or small.
We possess a solid understanding of all roof systems whether asphalt, pitch,
cold process, modified bitumen, single ply, steel, hot melt rubber, shingle,
conventional, inverted, fully adhered, mechanically fastened or loose laid and
ballasted. This experience coupled with continuing education in the form of
industry courses, seminars and product demonstrations, ensures that we provide
sound advice to our clients.
We utilize "InfoRoof",
the most advanced roof asset management software
available, to assist in the development and implementation of our clients roof
management programs.
We are a long standing member of the Roof Consultants Institute which is the
pre-eminent association for roof consultants in North America and is dedicated
to advancing education in the roofing industry. Denis Sykora, has served in the
Ontario Chapter as Director, Vice-President, President and Past-President. Denis
has also served as a member of
the International Board of Directors as Director of Canada. Within RCI, we have
taken an active role in the development of the institutes education courses such
as Roof System Management and have taught these courses.
We believe in and enforce the highest possible health and safety standards for
our clients, including construction regulations, WHMIS and the Ontario Health &
Safety Act of Ontario.
We are covered by WSIB and maintain both Professional Liability (Errors &
Omissions) and General Liability insurances.
We have offices in both Kitchener and London, but also maintain agreements with
trained professionals (inspectors, engineers and architects) across the country
to assist us in meeting our clients roofing needs.
